A public hearing regarding customer service of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) was conducted through digital platform (zoom app) on 22.06.2022 at 03:00 pm. At the hearing, the honorable customers of ICB expressed their opinions and provided valuable suggestions related to the customer service of ICB. Senior officials including Managing Director of ICB provided necessary instructions to the related departments, branches and subsidiary companies regarding the opinions and suggestions of the customer to improve the quality of the customer service of ICB.
